Fundamentals of Health Intelligence Masterclass

We have all had challenges and some of us tragic personal losses with COVID-19´s spread. We have had to adapt both in our work – and private lives. My plans for my coaching practice has had to be cancelled or put on hold, but I am not allowing life and work to be put on hold. So this is what I have been developing lately:

Become the New Brilliant New Normal You is a programme that will put you back at the helm of your life during and after the social distancing measures. Even if you cannot control all obstacles you will meet on the way, you can learn how to navigate around or get through them.


It’s a mix of four group coaching and one 1-2-1 session, all at 60 minutes. If the government advice allows the 1-2-1 sessions can be face-to-face in a private member’s club on Soho Square Central London or in Victoria Park East London, otherwise this will be an online video call.

However you can choose when you want to do the online coaching session, so you could `save it´until we are allowed to meet in person:

  • a chance to reflect on and determine what is important in your life right now
  • a shift from being on hold to future planning
  • practical tools to clarify and achieve your goals
  • personalised support
  • feel good while you are doing it

The online group sessions are at 13:00 UK time on:

Tuesday the 12th, 19th and 26th of May and Tuesday the 2nd of June.

The 1-2-1 session is valid for you to use at any time in the next 18 months.
